Where did you get the article Atchuvely from? Did you write it yourself? (In other words, are you Phillip Jeganathan?) Did the author permit you to publish it on Wikipedia? If the answer to both my answers is "no", then I am afraid Wikipedia cannot use it; it would violate copyright laws and Wikipedia policies.
