April 2018
[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at Wikipedia:Teahouse, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( in the enhanced toolbar, or if you use the old "classic" toolbar) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. Drm310 🍁 (talk) 19:10, 16 April 2018 (UTC)
Thank you

Teahouse talkback: you've got messages!
[edit]Please note that all old questions are archived after 2-3 days of inactivity. Message added by Nick Moyes (talk) 21:58, 16 April 2018 (UTC). (You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{teahouse talkback}} template).
Signing your posts
[edit]Hi, SundaysChild! I noticed that you are having a bit of trouble with signing your posts. The correct way to add your signature is to type four tildes like this: ~~~~
. If you type five tildes (~~~~~
) it adds a timestamp instead of a signature, which isn't very useful in most situations.
I hope you are enjoying your time at Wikipedia so far, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. :) -- kewlgrapes (talk, contribs) 22:35, 16 April 2018 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Shellwood. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Coca-Cola— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks. Shellwood (talk) 16:16, 17 April 2018 (UTC)
Heading back to the Teahouse
[edit]Thank you for your input, I will ask citizens at the Teahouse how to insert a quote still relating to the topic at hand.

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Coca-Cola. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Shellwood (talk) 16:48, 17 April 2018 (UTC)
