April 2018

[edit]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at Wikipedia:Teahouse, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( in the enhanced toolbar, or if you use the old "classic" toolbar) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. Drm310 🍁 (talk) 19:10, 16 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

Teahouse talkback: you've got messages!

[edit]
Hello, SundaysChild. Your question has been answered at the Teahouse Q&A board. Feel free to reply there!
Please note that all old questions are archived after 2-3 days of inactivity. Message added by Nick Moyes (talk) 21:58, 16 April 2018 (UTC). (You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{teahouse talkback}} template).[reply]

Signing your posts

[edit]

Hi, SundaysChild! I noticed that you are having a bit of trouble with signing your posts. The correct way to add your signature is to type four tildes like this: ~~~~. If you type five tildes (~~~~~) it adds a timestamp instead of a signature, which isn't very useful in most situations.

I hope you are enjoying your time at Wikipedia so far, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. :) -- kewlgrapes (talk, contribs) 22:35, 16 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Heading back to the Teahouse

Hello, SundaysChild. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Transgender entertainers".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 21:33, 8 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
