How am I Jessica? If I was Jessica, I would revert. I did not so how is this a duck block?
Decline reason:
Jessica, do you never give up? You must surely know that a newby editor could never make the edits made today on this account?--Anthony.bradbury"talk" 21:48, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

Anyone on Wikipedia can edit. Surely, my edit was a bit immature but Wikipedia should still assume good faith on younger editors. How was I supposed to know it was a copyvio? I asked on the talk page like decent editor would do after being reverted.
Decline reason:
anyone can edit, except people who are trying to evade a block. Jessica, please go away. --Anthony.bradbury"talk" 22:09, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

I should be given a leniency since I didn't know about her block.
Decline reason:
A user created 5 years ago with just one edit suddenly comes back and edits an article in a similar fashion as a known sockpuppeteer does. At the same time this user says "If I was Jessica, I would revert", while equally mentioning the term "duck block". I would say that, combined, this pretty much spells "Sockpuppet".
