The HIGHEST- GROSSING FILM of the year, as a rule, is only one. And there can be several blockbusters in a year - for example, in 2006 there were four blockbusters - Dhoom 2, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Krrish, Vivah. The table you edited contains information about the highest - grossing film of each year, not about the blockbusters of each year. These are different concepts. Devdas (2002), for example, is not a blockbuster - it was only a hit at the box office, but it was the highest grossing film of the year, so it made it into this table.

The name of the table we're talking about is "Highest-grossing films by year", not the blockbusters by year, and not the list of movie did well by year.

If you look at this article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Hindi_films_of_2006, you will see that Dhoom 2 is the highest-grossing movie of 2006.
