Do not remove warnings from your talk page

[edit]

You have removed several user warning templates from your user or user talk page. These warnings are not put on your talk page to annoy you; they were placed here because other editors have noticed an issue with your behaviour that may require improvement. They are a method of communication and user talk pages stand as a record of communication with you. If you do not believe the warning was valid or have a question about improving your behaviour you can respond here or visit the help desk. If your talk page is becoming long, you can archive it in accordance with the guidelines laid out here How to archive a talk page. Thank you.--A. B. (talk) 17:54, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If a linked site is pirating your material you have a right to speedy correction

[edit]

I noticed that you had complained to a user in the past about links to sites you said were selling pirated material. [1],[2],[3],[4],[5]

You were complaining about:

Linking to copyright violators is a big deal -- such links are never tolerated. If this happens to you, you have the full support of Wikipedia from the top down. Copyright infringement is Wikipedia's biggest sensitivity (that and libel).

Assuming you can prove the violation, delete the link immediately and feel free to leave a note at WikiProject Spam asking for help. I left a note at Talk:Bharatanatyam about external links and specifically noted we're never supposed to link to copyright volators.

Also, you can use this link to search for any current instances of this link within Wikipedia.

It has become apparent that your account is only being used for spamming inappropriate external links or self-promotion, so it has been blocked indefinitely. Wikipedia is NOT a "repository of links" or a "vehicle for advertising" and persistent spammers will also have their websites blacklisted.
