GA Collaboration

First of all, I wish to say that the successful collaborative GA nomination for Arihant-class submarine was a blast. Due to the triumph of this endeavor, I wondered if you wished to possibly partake in another collaborative nomination. The article in question is the following: ICGV Þór. We could also recruit User:Sturmvogel 66, as he reviewed the Arihant-class submarine nomination. Also, I recently completed an overhaul of the discussed article. Yes the English language refer to aircraft, ships, cars etc as feminine. But some other European languages refer to them as masculine. It is the same principle for countries - the United Kingdom is feminine but Germany is masculine (I.e Germany is "The fatherland"). Can these be updated to GA status? I have added every bit of information I could find and source. They have already been rated as B-class by the military history and ships wiki-project, and they said that GA rating requires a separate process. But I have no experience in the GA process.
