Census data transcribtion error

[edit]

Hello! about a year ago you made this edit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Thebes%2C_Illinois&diff=1095835535&oldid=1088510498 in which includes:

"There were 136 households, out of which 138.97% had children"

That is obviously an error of some kind - either a math error or typo. If were you making a number of census updates by using some kind of a script, you may want to go back and check to see that such didnt get repeated through multiple articles in their data presentations. 67.220.13.96 (talk) 22:20, 23 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for catching this! It has been corrected. I'll double check to see if this was a one-off error, or if it's pervasive. The rest of the data points for Thebes, IL are correct. Straughn (talk) 13:31, 26 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
