Reverted you
[edit]I have had to revert your numerous edits to The Strangers (American band). I notice that a lot of uploaded images were deleted as copyright violations but there were numerous other problems, mostly relating to our manual of style and, more seriously, to our verifiability policy. You cannot just write what you know on Wikipedia - it needs to be reliably sourced.
I am also concerned that you may have a conflict of interest. Please ensure that you read and understand the information at that page. Thanks. - Sitush (talk) 16:46, 14 May 2018 (UTC)
- I have had to revert you again today for the same reasons as previously. You are going to find yourself blocked from contributing if you persist in this because the number of problems in your edits are vast. Please ensure that you understand WP:V, WP:RS, WP:NPOV and at least the basics of things such as WP:EUPHEMISM and WP:PEACOCK before you edit again. Also, WP:COI, of course. - Sitush (talk) 04:42, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
- Examples include your use of blogspot sources and
Born in 1932, Roy Nichols was already one of the most respected guitarists in Bakersfield.
, which is not supported by the source. Also, see WP:MOSHEAD. When you dump so much content into an article in one go, it is very difficult to dissect it - hence the big revert. - Sitush (talk) 04:47, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for July 29
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The Strangers (American band), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Noel (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
