The source was the national bank, but the link seams to be broken (http://www.bcra.gov.ar/hm000000.asp). I'm not sure the original author might be able to help you ( User:Alpertron ), and I'm afraid that even the Internet Archive won't help, since the data was contained in an Adobe plugin (https://web.archive.org/web/20040901014301/http://www.bcra.gov.ar/hm000000.asp). Only perhaps opening the adobe plugin might help, but I did not try it: (https://web.archive.org/web/20040904052203oe_/http://www.bcra.gov.ar/flash/variables.swf)
