Natalia Goncharova
[edit]Hello User Stolbovsky. I've reverted one of your posts, where you switched to a 'better' quality image of one of Goncharova's paintings. I will now proceed to revert the others, as a new high resolution version has been uploaded to the former file. Thanks for you comprehension. Coldcreation (talk) 13:46, 24 September 2016 (UTC)
- If we talk about paintings, quality is not only about resolution, but about colors. It would be great if you'll notice, that image I've uploaded is done by museum and the reason why I've changed images was not with resolution, but with colors. I think it is not so hard for you to compare images in this way.--Stolbovsky (talk) 14:06, 24 September 2016 (UTC)
- And don't you see that your images is with croped edges? The painting is croped!--Stolbovsky (talk) 14:07, 24 September 2016 (UTC)
- I see that now. Should have noticed. I greatly dislike cropped images, and usually check. The best would be to have a high resolution, uncropped image of the painting with the most accurate colors possible. As of now, we do not possess such an image. Until then, the museum image is best (there appears to be no higher resolution version of it online yet). Coldcreation (talk) 15:37, 24 September 2016 (UTC)
