Hello, Stnicklaus3, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

You may also want to take the Wikipedia Adventure, an interactive tour that will help you learn the basics of editing Wikipedia. You can visit The Teahouse to ask questions or seek help.

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. Information icon Please do not write or add to an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to Alabama Crimson Tide football has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 02:33, 5 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Bob Ross. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you.CFredkin (talk) 00:00, 1 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Donald Trump, you may be blocked from editing. MelanieN (talk) 01:01, 1 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, StNicklaus3! You commented on my talk page about these warnings. You put the comment in two different places on the page, so I wasn't sure where you would look for my reply. This is important, so I will copy it here so that you will be sure to see it.

You said: Edits using my user were not done by me. Instead of threatening notifications, please advise how I can monitor editing to only be done by myself. Stnicklaus3 (talk) 20:16, 10 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I replied: You are saying that your account has been compromised - that is, someone else was able to edit under your user name. That is a serious admission and you need to make sure that never happens again. It is up to you to make sure that no one else uses your account; the necessary security happens at your end. You have two choices. One is to fix whatever caused someone else to have access to your account. If you don't know who did this (account hacked), change your password. If you know that someone knows your password, change it. If someone else is able to use your computer while you are still logged in to Wikipedia, restrict access to your computer. If you can't do one of these things, you should report that the account has been compromised and ask to have it blocked. Then create a new user name for yourself, one that you DO have adequate security for. If your account is used again for vandalism, and you again claim that it was not done by you, this account will be blocked permanently as a compromised account.
