Hello, this is an account that I have set up to suggest changes and possibly make small, uncontroversial, edits to articles related to EcoHouse Group. I'm aware that there are guidelines about editing pages if there is a potential conflict of interest, so I would like to disclose here that these contributions are made on behalf of EcoHouse Group and in consultation with them, and I intend to follow all of Wikipedia's guidelines, including those on WP:COI, WP:RS, WP:V and WP:NPOV, very closely. My aim is to work with and seek advice from impartial editors to make positive contributions to EcoHouse Group's article, hopefully leading to a much improved article. On any pages where I look for assistance, I will be sure to disclose my relationship to EcoHouse in the interests of transparency. If you would like to help me, please let me know. Thanks, Stevecastro (talk) 16:22, 11 June 2013 (UTC)

articles on organizations
[edit]I see you have been working on articles about business firms and their proprietors, and you have, very properly, been removing promotional material sourced only to press releases. (Remember though that such sources can be used for significant uncontested plain facts.) Please continue your efforts to make the article sound like an encyclopedia article, not a press release: rewrite material in an outline style, with short choppy sentences, combining them into paragraphs; remove unnecessary headings for individual paragraphs; don't describe minor charities as if they were significant; write compactly--for most of these articles, it is possible to remove a few words from each sentence without changing the meaning. And please make sure the article on the firm and that on the CEO don't repeat each other--if there isn't enough for two substantial articles, sometimes they are better combined. (I've made a few sample edits on some of these articles to indicate better what I mean). DGG ( talk ) 03:53, 8 May 2014 (UTC)
