Hello StephUSA. I see you asked DragonflySixtyseven about three articles you submitted that were deleted. I've looked at the issue and will respond tomorrow (have to go for a few hours so I can't respond right now). --KFP (contact | edits) 00:04, 23 February 2011 (UTC)
- Hi again. Ok, the the problems with the articles were the following: at first glance, they seemed to be about some general property market/finance terms, but in fact they were describing services offered by one specific company. The content was copied almost verbatim from this company's website, which we cannot accept on Wikipedia for copyright reasons (Wikipedia articles must be written in the editor's own words and be freely licensed).
- If these are generally used terms, the articles should neutrally discuss them as such without promoting or giving undue weight to any specific company or other aspect.
- Also, whether or not these are general terms or specific to one company, the articles would require reliable, independent sources for the purposes of verifiability.
- Feel free to ask me on my talk page if you have any questions. --KFP (contact | edits) 00:19, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
