What does the article (or section) do well?
This article (section?) does a good job of setting a foundation for what will be discussed in the third paragraph. You also do a good job in providing information in a neutral voice.
What changes would you suggest overall?
I am unsure if this is a full article or a section on an article. This piece felt really long as it wasn't broken up at all into subsections. I would suggest trying to find more of structure and grouping similar topics together into subsections. If this is just a part of an article, maybe shorten it or make it more succinct. Also, add sources/references.
What is the most important thing that the author could do to improve his/her contribution?
Add references and make it more structured.
Did you glean anything from your classmate's work that could be applicable to your own? If so, let him/her know!
This topic is not really related to my topic at all but is very interesting!

[edit]What does the article (or section) do well? I like his contribution to the article. I think it is a good point to the while article. He also use good sources for his contributions.
What changes would you suggest overall? I think you need to add some more information and suggestions to the article, and definitely I will try to add some graphs or tables reflecting the data and the trends you are taking about, so the audience can get a better understanding of what you are talking about.
What is the most important thing that the author could do to improve his/her contribution? As I mention before, I think it is important to add more information to the topic, as it is a very interesting one and the article it is not that extensive

I like the way he relates the main topic (generational gap) with his main point (workplace differences) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ana Estrada (talk • contribs) 02:50, 27 October 2016 (UTC)
