Your article Storme Webber
[edit]Hello there Stayhomegal! I'm concerned that Storme Webber may not meet notability guidelines here on Wikipedia. Wikipedia notability guidelines call for 3-5 independent sources and reliable sources that discuss a subject comprehensively in order to establish notability. As it stands, the article does not support notability for Webber and my Google searches don't really find much better. I'd like to offer an opportunity here. I can convert this to a Draft for you if you like, that way you will have more time to establish any potential notability better than my Google searches can. I'm hoping that you will respond quickly before another editor nominates it for deletion. Please see our guidelines for reliable sources and notability for people in general or notability for authors to see if she qualifies for something I'm missing here. Thanks for your time and best wishes. Chrisw80 (talk) 02:19, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Storme Webber
[edit]A tag has been placed on Storme Webber requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Stefan2 (talk) 21:52, 6 April 2016 (UTC)

[edit]BAAITS
[edit]Hi, Stayhomegal. I've added some possible sources to your draft article on BAAITS. I don't know if pints work in the draft namespace, so I figured I'd let you and MatthewVanitas know here. I think you could integrate some of those into the article and they may, even without being integrated, serve as evidence that the topic is notable. Adam (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:29, 21 April 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Will Roscoe, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 23:39, 1 May 2016 (UTC)
Gay American Indians (GAI) article
[edit]Hello, thanks for writing this! Looks pretty good. Some thoughts:
- A bit on the organisation's recent or latest activity would be nice. Is it still active? Moribund? The local newspaper says it's still sort of active so I was a bit surprised I couldn't find contact details. If it is moribund it would be nice to discuss what replaced it.
- It would be nice to know if this organisation was ever active outside California.
- Careful with "currently" - low-traffic Wikipedia pages can not get updated for years. I've added the quote and date so people know when this comment dated to.
Let me know if any thoughts. Blythwood (talk) 01:27, 2 May 2016 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Gay american indians
[edit]Hello Stayhomegal,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Gay american indians for deletion, because it's too short to identify the subject of the article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. ~Mohammad Hossain~ 03:07, 2 May 2016 (UTC)

- Strange. The page seems fine to me. Perhaps try asking for help at Wikipedia:Village pump (technical)? That's more for technical issues I think. Check the editing section on your preferences page as it suggests at Wikipedia:VisualEditor/FAQ. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 05:52, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
- Try this. Go to your preferences, click on editing and look at the drop-down box at the bottom. You should change it to "Always give me the visual editor if possible" Did that solve it? -- Ricky81682 (talk) 05:58, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
- YES!!! thank you! it was set to remember my last editor so every time i go onto a talk page or something i lose it thank you!!Stayhomegal (talk) 06:04, 5 May 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Please carefully read this information:
The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.
Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Stalin's Dictatorship
[edit]I noticed that you deleted the reference to Stalin as a dictator, remarking in the edit summary that he "was no dictator." There's been a discussion in progress for several days at the Stalin talk page about how to refer to him in the lede. If you have RS backing up your opinion, feel free to join the discussion. But until then, please don't change the lede. Thanks. Scaleshombre (talk) 07:39, 4 July 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
I noticed your recent edit to Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Widefox; talk 07:45, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia.
