If you look on Amazon.de there is a box in the top left hand corner that says "Dieser Song erscheint am 7. Dezember 2012" which translates as "This song is available on 7 December 2012". It does say later on "Ursprüngliches Erscheinungsdatum : 19. November 2012" which translates as Original release date 19 November 2012, but unlike Amazon.fr or Amazon.it there's no purchase link on Amazon.de yet because the single's date has been pushed back. — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 [talk] 16:32, 2 December 2012 (UTC)

A brownie for you!
[edit]"Don't take any decisions when you are sad (frustrated, depressed...)" - Hey Status! I've to admit that I'm a lurker and that is what I do half the time on Wiki. I've seen you around and you've been generally an awesome editor. Your work at GAs and FLs is remarkable and I value them. I also respect your decision to leave but I'd strongly suggest to reconsider this mate. It is undoubtedly a loss to the community if you leave. People get in conflicts and later move on, some editors might criticize or discourage you but giving up isn't the only option; just have to keep faith in yourself. I'd not like to add another name on my userpage so do have some second thoughts about this. All the best with real life! TheSpecialUser TSU 15:42, 4 December 2012 (UTC) |

A cookie for you!
[edit]Status, I am very sorry that you are considering retirement and I hope that you will have the courage to stay with Wikipedia. If you do decide to leave, I respect, but you are a very good editor, with a number of featured articles, featured lists, and good articles in knowledge. Please don't leave criticisms and conflicts hurt you, however. So please enjoy some Tim Hortons cookies from Canada. They're delicious, especially with a nice hot chocolate along with it. Best wishes, enjoy real life, and happy December! TBrandley 17:47, 4 December 2012 (UTC) |

Response to everyone
[edit]You guys are too sweet (just like the yummy food you've given me). It's very hard, with the loss in my family, and the stress from my final year of school, users also driving me wild; pestering and attacking me here on Wikipedia just becomes too much. I'm an emotional wreck right now, so try not to take me too seriously. I'll be here, not a little, not a lot; just here. I don't know how long that will be, but your kind words makes it feel that much better. When people literally tell you that you're a "blind", "ignorant" and inexperienced user, who, shouldn't have any user rights, you kind of lose faith in not only your contributions, but also "why do I even bother?". And with everything else going on, you know. Statυs (talk) 23:39, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah, I'm now aware of that discussion, and I can certainly see why you would be upset. I'm not exactly sure of the content, or what should or should not be included, but personal attacks aren't allowed. I'm very sorry again for your loss, and I hope you get better soon. Best of luck with school as well. TBrandley 23:55, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- Never. And especially when the user said I was making things "personal" when all I did was revert his/her addition of WP:OR. Thank you TB. Statυs (talk) 23:57, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- I think the best option for you would be to take a WikiBreak. Give it a week or so and see what happens. Erick (talk) 00:33, 5 December 2012 (UTC)

Sorry
[edit]How are you? I would, like several others, like to send my condolences out to you and your whole family, as I appreciate that this may be a difficult time for you. I am mainly sending you this message as I implore you to ignore Till's incredibly insensitive and unkind comments about you ("He isn't worth the time or effort to put up with" and telling everyone "don't feel guilty because a "retirement consideration" notice has been put up"). Although I am aware of the history between the two of you, he has clearly not recognized that you are likely to be sensitive at this time, and should not be provoking you into dispute again at this time. You are both great editors, but he's crossed a line here. Again, please do not let him get to you, and certainly don't try and provoke him back.
If he's seriously pissing you off, I strongly recommend that you take a Wikibreak (as the ANIs don't seem to be helping) just to clear your mind of what is, in all honesty, not that important in the general scheme of things – there's life outside 4 million web pages. I don't want to seem intrusive, but I despise this sort of insensitivity from people and will not stand aside to simply watch this happen to you.
You've been a great editor, but if you choose to retire I completely understand. I hope these words are wise! (Oh, and the brownie was nice.) I Am Rufus • Conversation is a beautiful thing. 21:33, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
Why do you keep removing the second Melbourne/Sydney dates? We already discussed this. They are apart of the tour and are happening, I have tickets. Do you need a better source or a source from the venue? Arre 02:29, 7 December 2012 (UTC)
- I removed them for the moment. Had the article only including dates confirmed by her site. Now, gotta look for third-party sources for all of them. Statυs (talk) 03:22, 7 December 2012 (UTC)

Re: Christina Aguilera discography
[edit]Oh hi Status, thanks for your message. But the single "Nobody Wants to be Lonely" by Xtina & Ricky Martin is a featured single (because "Nobody Wants... Lonely" does not appear on Xtina's album). Moreover, the song "I Hate Boys" is a promotional single, and "Beautiful" (with Beverly McChellin) and "The Prayer" (with Chris Mann) are not singles. You should deliver them to "Other charted songs". thanks! Trnhgduoc2222 (talk) 16:23, 7 December 2012 (UTC)
- It's not a featured single. It is not "Ricky Martin featuring Christina Aguilera", it's a duet, therefore it is both of their songs. Unless you have a reliable source calling those promo singles, they aren't. Promo singles are made available for free, not to buy. That's how it works. A single is a song released apart from an album. That's all there is to it. Just because it didn't have a music video doesn't make it any less of a single. Statυs (talk) 16:26, 7 December 2012 (UTC)

Hello Status. Recently I performed a technical move that was requested at WP:RM from Rankin/Bass Productions (company) to Rankin/Bass Productions. In your opinion, was this incorrect? The person who made the request said that 'company' was not needed for disambiguation since there was only one such. See rationale provided. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 06:50, 9 December 2012 (UTC)

- Yes. It's everyone. I'll be online, but not on here. So talk to me elsewhere. — Statυs (talk, contribs) 01:40, 31 December 2012 (UTC)

Notice
[edit]Your comments on various talk pages are becoming disruptive, and I would advise you to take a break and tone it down a bit.
More specifically, your attempts at baiting another editor into a reaction at User talk:Malleus Fatuorum, and then slyly removing your baiting comments after you've induced such a reaction, is rankly deceitful and disruptive. As has been pointed out to you by another editor on that page, a strikeout will suffice if you wish to indicate that you've withdrawn the comment. If you remove it again, I will block you for disruptive editing.
I understand that you're a good content contributor and work well with articles. I advise that you return to the article namespace and continue your work there, and leave this all this Malleus nonsense behind. Basalisk inspect damage⁄berate 06:21, 31 December 2012 (UTC)
- I can assure you that is not the case, as you suggest. I was confused by his statement, and responded. Just because there's been an overhaul of other users baiting Malleus, doesn't mean that I am one of them. I believe he is a great editor, but he has a very poor attitude, which he has shown in the comment in which I replied to. A little harsh, possibly, but baiting? That wasn't my intention. Nikkimaria (talk · contribs) removed the whole comment herself, and I simply restored the part in which was deemed acceptable, in her eyes. This user comes along and restores my comment without any given reason, so I revert it. Once. But anyways, I understand your main point and I already left that discussion an hour ago. — Statυs (talk, contribs) 06:33, 31 December 2012 (UTC)
- Fair enough. I appreciate your position and your willingness to walk away; I just think it's better for transparency that the comment isn't hidden. I will notify Nikkimaria of this discussion. Regards Basalisk inspect damage⁄berate 07:14, 31 December 2012 (UTC)
- That's fine by me. As you can see, I was under the impression that it was to be removed. — Statυs (talk, contribs) 07:15, 31 December 2012 (UTC)

My edit
[edit]Hello,
I was editing the justin bieber discography page by taking of a sentence that said that only gay people like him. This is completely innacurate and a form of cyberbullying.
Thank you for making wikipedia better! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.131.252.10 (talk) 06:59, 31 December 2012 (UTC)
- My mistake! I meant to revert the addition of it! — Statυs (talk, contribs) 07:17, 31 December 2012 (UTC)
