Thanks for uploading File:Jacqui Thurlow-Lippisch.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. Uh oh, you didn't leave a {{non-free use rationale}} on File:Jacqui Thurlow-Lippisch.jpg. If you don't add one as soon as possible that image will erased a second time, and you might find yourself being admonished, or even temporarily blocked. The wikipedia's rules for using "non-free" images is more restrictive than regular fair use. Geo Swan (talk) 23:40, 12 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
