FGM
[edit]Thanks for your comment at the FGM article. Editors expect new comments to be at the bottom, so I moved your text—see Talk:Female genital mutilation#WHO definition. If you want to add another comment, click the "edit" link on the same line as the "WHO definition" heading and put your comment at the bottom. You do not have to worry about formatting details, but for your information, I started my reply with a single colon (:), and a reply to my comment should start with two colons (::). Each extra colon adds another level of indent.
To make a new comment on a new topic, please click "new section" at the top of the page. That prompts you to enter a heading (I used "WHO definition"), and puts the new comment at the bottom of the page. There is more at WP:TP, and questions can be asked at WP:HELPDESK.
