Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

  • Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.

Thaitanium image

[edit]

Sawatdee Khrup! Regarding the Thaitanium image, [1], can you tell me what sort of licensing it is? Is it free-use/public domain? -Wisekwai 16:23, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm really new to wiki....so I don't know what sort of license is. But the pic is from my camera....I think it's free to use...right? Sry85 11:04, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cool. If it's your photo you can license it anyway you choose. They would be under a free-use license. If it's copyrighted, it can't be used on Wikipedia. I prefer a dual license GFDL/CC2.5-Attibution, though I can't explan why. If you'd like to see the photo used on English Wikipedia and other Wikipedias, I'd be happy to assist in uploading it to the Commons.– WiseKwai | Talk | Contribs 11:36, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes I want to share my pic,Please upload for me...I'm really don't know about copyright....Thanks :) Sry85 12:12, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello again. The pic is uploaded to the Commons. It's here. Feel free to make any changes to any of the information there. It's also on the Thaitanium article here. It's a great contribution. – WiseKwai | Talk | Contribs 16:44, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

MTV Asia Movie Awards has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt the subject might not be notable enough for an article. Please review Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability for the relevant guidelines. If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.

If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the "prod" notice, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod notice, the deletion process will stop, but if an editor is still not satisfied that the article meets Wikipedia guidelines, it may be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion for consensus. Thanks for uploading Image:Chester_LP.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Jay Chou 02.JPG

[edit]

Please provide a source and Fair Use Rationale for this picture (if applicable). Thanks! Since the article Jay Chou will likely soon be nominated for Feature Article status, all images must adhere to liscensing regulations. SeleneFN 16:57, 28 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I saw your reply message on my talk page. Thanks! I would think you must be a reporter or the like to have the opportunity for such a close-up shot! SeleneFN 14:35, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Do you mind updating the Jay Chou article with your new Jay_Chou.JPG picture? Thanks! For some reason it won't work and I'm not exactly sure why. I'm not very experienced with handling pictures in Wikipedia so I'm likely doing something wrong. SeleneFN 15:13, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cinema of Thailand

[edit]

Hi Sry. Of course you can edit Cinema of Thailand. It'd be good to have another set of eyes on it. The article could be developed into a good article or possibly featured article with some work - mainly adding inline citations. I'll be curious to see what you can add, and am happy to collaborate with copy editing if need be. — WiseKwai 05:37, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unspecified source for Image:Lee_Ryan.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Lee_Ryan.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 22:21, 21 November 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast (talk) 22:21, 21 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I finally got around to starting an article about that film. I see the Thai entry is quite lengthy. If you see anything from the Thai article that could be added to the English article, please feel free. Later tonight I hope to add some more details about the soundtrack CD, and need help translating the artist names. Thanks! — WiseKwai 15:26, 13 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thai help needed

[edit]

Hello Sry85, I'm contacting you because we need some Thai translators to help with the deployment of the new VisualEditor on th.wikipedia. There are help pages, user guides, and description pages that need translating, as well as the interface itself. The translating work is going on over on MediaWiki: Translation Central. I also need help with a personal message for the Thai Wikipedians. If you are able to help in any way, either reply here, or head over to TranslationCentral. Thanks for your time, PEarley (WMF) (talk) 01:57, 17 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Association of Private Higher Education Institutions of Thailand

I noticed that you replaced the deletion tag though I believe I have already addressed your concern by adding multiple independent, third-party sources to the article. Please explain why you think this issue remain unaddressed and how it should be fixed. In addition, WP:PRD states that deletion tag should not be replaced if it is removed, I have re-removed it for this reason. -- Mongkhonvanit (talk) 14:26, 23 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Do not remove tag, please let admin review this article. --Sry85 (talk) 03:36, 24 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

From WP:PRD:

If anyone, including the article creator, removes a {{proposed deletion/dated}} tag from an article, do not replace it, even if the tag was apparently removed in bad faith.

If you'd like to propose the article for deletion, please follow the procedures outlined in WP:PRD. That said, I've made a few changes to the article so you might want to review the article first. -- Mongkhonvanit (talk) 15:50, 24 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! I saw th:ฉบับร่าง:เจสัน มัวร์ (บรรณาธิการวิกิพีเดีย) was moved to draft space. I know each Wikipedia project has different rules and don't want to interfere with the creation of an article about me. However, I noticed you removed the template I had added to the discussion page about my conflict of interest. If I used the template incorrectly, please let me know. Also, please let me know if I need to add the template back (if the page is returned to main space).
