Image without license

[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:Heartrage2.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Heartrage2.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 18:00, 11 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your account has been blocked from editing Wikipedia because your username, Uhminecraftgang, does not meet our username policy. Your username is the principal reason for the block. You are welcome to continue editing after you have selected a new username that meets the username policy guidelines, which are summarized below.
Per the username policy, a username should represent an individual and should not: represent a group or organization; be promotional; be misleading (such as indicating possession of special user rights or being a "Bot" account (unless approved for such purposes)); be offensive or otherwise disruptive. However, a username that contains the name of a organization and also identifies you individually, such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87" is allowed, though, among others, the guidance on conflict of interest and the policy of paid-contribution disclosure are relevant.
You are encouraged to choose a new account name that meets our username policy guidelines and create the account yourself. Alternatively, if you wish for your existing contributions to carry over under a new name, then you may request a change in username by:
  1. Adding {{unblock-un|your new username here}} below. You should be able to do this even though you are blocked. If not, you may wish to contact the blocking administrator by clicking on "Email this user" from their talk page.
  2. At an administrator's discretion, you may be unblocked for 24 hours to file a change of name request.
  3. Your requested new username cannot already be in use. Therefore, please check the list here to see if a name is taken prior to requesting a change of name.
Appeals: If, after reading the guide to appealing blocks you believe you were blocked in error, then you may appeal this block by adding {{unblock|Your reason here}} below this notice. Longhair\talk 02:49, 15 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

{{unblock|My username is my online identity and I have had it on several accounts on social media for 3 or 4 years now, it shouldn't violate the username policy. Uhminecraftgang (talk) 03:09, 15 July 2021 (UTC)}}[reply]

My reasoning behind the block was the term gang used within your username, as this may imply the account being used by more than one person. Our username policy states accounts must only be used by one person and must not imply a group. -- Longhair\talk 03:31, 15 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
This user's request to be unblocked to request a change in username has been reviewed by an administrator, who accepted the request.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Twelve Carat Tour, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Accor Stadium. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:31, 22 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Atum release date

[edit]

"While part of the album came out in 2022, most of it came out in 2023, along with all of the physical versions, making it a 2023 album"

Please try to refrain from using feelings to factually correct information. It "feels" like a 2023 release, I "feel" physical versions have more weight/validity, etc. None of this matters. The current compromise of listing the date as a range is closest to reality. 218.166.49.128 (talk) 16:37, 8 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Inappropriate edit, please undo

[edit]

https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=The_Long_Goodbye_%28Candlebox_album%29&diff=1234105798&oldid=1234104219 Per MOS:RETAIN, MOS:VAR, and WP:ALBUMSTYLE, do not add {{track listing}} to this article. ―Justin (koavf)TCM 16:29, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The tracklist style I added is perfectly appropriate and is shown on WP:ALBUMSTYLE unsure what your point is. Squishedargarine (talk) 16:33, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The style that was there before is also perfectly appropriate and as MOS:VAR says, "When either of two styles is acceptable it is inappropriate for a Wikipedia editor to change from one style to another unless there is some substantial reason for the change." You already put in references incorrectly (per WP:CITEVAR) and incorrect dates, so please do not change the style on this page. Please revert yourself to retain the existing style that was there already. The reason ArbCom has said to not do this is because one person arbitrarily changing acceptable styles is a huge drain. ―Justin (koavf)TCM 16:43, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
