Your first edit to VisualEditor may have been due to a misunderstanding, as you did not realise that the date in the maintenance tag shows how long the tag has been there, and should not be "updated". However, it is difficult to see your second edit, in which you replaced the date with one in the future, a anything other than vandalism. Please don't do things like that again.
I am not sure what you intended by your edit to List of regiments of the Indian Army (1903), but it ws not constructive.
