UI for adding bookmarks, collapse bookmarks, bookmarks on another page

Hi Sportzpikachu, could you please add a UI for adding bookmarks, an option to collapse the bookmarks section, and the ability to view bookmarks on a separate page (eg Special:BlankPage/Bookmarks)?
