A tag has been placed on Hotel Transylvania (film) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The article Open Season 4 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No sources, pure speculation at this point. See WP:TOOSOON

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Category:Open Season films, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. TheRealFennShysa (talk) 20:51, 7 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Template:Open Season chronology requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).

A tag has been placed on Open Season: The Timberline Games requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. By the way, this template isn't unnecessary. For example, Kung Fu Panda 's film templates doesn't have enough information and it's neceessary, so why should Open Season shouldn't be the same way? Also, that Open Season: The Timberline Games link, IT'S REAL!! It's an online game you can find on the internet! and you call it an unreferenced rumor and why Boog and Elliot's Big Adventure is on the Sony Pictures Television article when it isn't real? You know what MikeWazowski?, you're just judgemental and that's why I hate Wikipedia: You revert my edits, you've blocked me from editing, and I'm just pissed right now. Spicejohnson (talk) 11:11, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Other editors disagree with you - which is why it was deleted multiple times. Also, not only is Boog and Elliot's Big Adventure NOT on the Sony Pictures Television article, even if it was, you can't use another Wikipedia article as a reference. And for the record, *I* never blocked you - that was an administrator who had (apparently) had enough of your disruptive editing. MikeWazowski (talk) 03:26, 15 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Illumination Entertainment has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for discussion page. MikeWazowski (talk) 12:56, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for persistent disruptive editing of various kinds, including, apart from the problems mentioned above, repeatedly creating articles which have been deleted. For example, you created Template:Open Season film series after Template:Open Season films had been protected because you recreated it after a deletion discussion had decided it should be deleted. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Non-Free rationale for File:PiratesTeaserPoster.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:PiratesTeaserPoster.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under Non-Free content criteria but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a Non-Free rationale.

If you have uploaded other Non-Free media, consider checking that you have specified the Non-Free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page.
