Yes, I left messages on Lesless talk page, but on this talk page, I confirmed that this IP adress is mine, too (I forgot to switch the keyboard layout from English to Russian, it is the message B rjvvtyns yf Cj Ktcf nj;t vjb/-, which means "comments on Lesless talk page are mine"). @331dot:: thank you for this message. I want to edit articles about the geography of Russia: human settlements (created Draft:Ulybino (Novosibirsk oblast) as the first attempt from Ip and then edited it from this login, waiting for the result), streets of Novosibirsk and Tomsk, maybe biology (have 3 silver star articles about owls in ruwiki,created them from a different login). As I said below, I will not be using this wiki to communicate with ruwiki users (excepting the arbcom, to who I sent an unblock request, my mail works badly). @331dot: Putting aside what led up to this block, I don't see how SOL would be an asset to en.wiki. Almost everything they've done thus far is in Russian. They have two sandboxes that are in Russian. They communicate with other Russian editors in Russian. The best resolution would normally be to tell them to edit at ru.wiki, but that's not possible unless they're unblocked, and their block at ru.wiki is not our problem.--Bbb23 (talk) 14:06, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
