Newsweek
Hello. In my opinion, WP:NEWSWEEK does not mean it should automatically be removed as a source wherever you see it. Newsweek is not a deprecated source. Cheers, --SVTCobra 21:59, 18 January 2022 (UTC)
- @SVTCobra: True, got a bit sidetracked there. I'll keep this information in mind in the future. Thanks anyway! - Sparkl (talk) 22:35, 18 January 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks. I think especially for light stuff, like YouTubers, there's not much reason to suspect wrongdoing. Cheers, --SVTCobra 22:47, 18 January 2022 (UTC)
IP SPA
I'm not going to remove it again. But an IP is by definition not an account so I think that it is incorrect to call it a SPA. I feel like there was a similar template for IPs but I don't recall it right now. Furthermore, the person sitting at the computer/holding the phone editing with that IP may have used Wikipedia before under other IP addresses, so it is difficult to conclude that they are only here for a single purpose. 331dot (talk) 16:30, 30 March 2022 (UTC)
- @331dot: Looking back now, I can understand that my actions were not really in good faith, and I initially didn't consider your perspective before adding the tag, so I apologize for that. Feel free to remove the tag if you want, I'm fine if it's there or not either way. But I'm certain that the IP editor's argument isn't going to be considered either way as they state no justifications and just called it "nonsense". Sparkltalk 17:42, 30 March 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you and I appreciate it but no apology is needed. People see things differently. Please accept my best wishes. 331dot (talk) 17:51, 30 March 2022 (UTC)
