Your user page seemed to serve no purpose other than drawing people's attention to your YouTube channel. Editing for the purpose of publicising, promoting, or advertising anything is contrary to Wikipedia policy, so the page has been deleted. Generally, a Wikipedia user page is for providing a little information about an editor in connection with his or her work for Wikipedia, not for posting stuff unrelated to work for Wikipedia. Request for clarification
Can you explain your edit to VX Sagittarii? I have no idea what it means, and it is likely that most other readers of the article would no more idea than I have. Anything the meaning of which is unclear should be explained, so that readers can understand it. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 20:14, 19 June 2016 (UTC)

Ways to improve W Aquilae
Hi, I'm Lithopsian. Space Infinite, thanks for creating W Aquilae!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The easiest way to create a star article is often just to copy an existing one. Then you get all the expected starboxes and tags.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Lithopsian (talk) 10:55, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
Ways to improve BC Cygni
Hi, I'm Lithopsian. Space Infinite, thanks for creating BC Cygni!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Got to cite sources for these stars. The data is great and looks credible, but if it can't be verified then the article is liable to be deleted.

Stellar radii
Let me copy you on something I wrote to someone else recently, on making metric conversions for stellar radii:
If you really need to perform such conversions, a better way to do them is using the {{convert}} template. E.g.:
{{convert|1708|solar radius|km au |abbr=on|lk=on|}} produces 1,708 R☉ (1.188×109 km; 7.94 au)
{{convert|1708|solar radius|km au|lk=on|}} produces 1,708 solar radii (1.188×109 km; 7.94 au)
I would suggest that au is a better measure of stellar size than kilometers. Astronomical articles will generally use R☉ for most stars, and au for really large sizes. Regards, Tarl N. (talk) 22:37, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
- I notice Lithopsian reverted a bunch of your recent changes, there is an ongoing discussion about radii vs radiuses at Template talk:Convert#Solar_radiuses.3F. Hang on, this will probably be resolved in a day or so. Tarl N. (talk) 02:28, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
Ways to improve XX Persei
Hi, I'm Lithopsian. Space Infinite, thanks for creating XX Persei!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. This is pretty pointless. It doesn't say anything useful, doesn't offer any reason why it is notable, and has no refs. A good hint that it didn't merit an article was that it wasn't in the Stars of Perseus template. It is very likely to be deleted.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Lithopsian (talk) 11:53, 1 July 2016 (UTC)
Deletion discussion about XX Persei
Hello, Space Infinite,
I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether XX Persei should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/XX Persei .
If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
Thanks, Lithopsian (talk) 16:40, 17 July 2016 (UTC)
3-revert rule violation
Your recent editing history at List of largest stars shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
Your 1st revert, 2nd revert, 3rd revert, 4th revert. ~ Tom.Reding (talk ⋅dgaf) 18:12, 18 July 2016 (UTC)
