Speedy deletion nomination of Uncle Vic

A tag has been placed on Uncle Vic, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Uncle Vic

Per your request, I've userfied the now deleted article at User:Soniclude/Uncle Vic. As was mentioned in an earlier comment on your talk page, the article was "speedy deleted" under this criteria: "Unambiguous advertising or promotion. Pages that exclusively promote some entity and that would need to be fundamentally rewritten to become encyclopedic."

If you can rewrite the article such that it does not read as an advertisement then it might be appropriate for Wikipedia. But this is a very new company, and it may not meet our general notability guideline, which requires a topic to have been covered in multiple reliable sources (the only sources for the deleted article are a press release and the company web site). I would ask you to check with me or another administrator before re-creating the article to get some advice about its notability, but do feel free to work on the userfied article in the meantime.
