Request reason:

Respected Reviewers,

I, the undersigned, express my sincere apologies as me and my teammates have created multiple accounts to upload a similar content under the name of "Onkar Kishan Khullar", "Onkar Khullar", etc. We weren't aware of the multiple-user account policies of your esteemed organisation. (w:en:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/7620ruthik)

However, with all due respect and great disappointment, I would also like to express my dissatisfaction and discontentment towards the respected Wikipedia reviewers as they have repeatedly declined the approval of the content we are trying to upload. And to my astonishment every reviewer is judging the aforementioned article in there respective value systems. For example, the first reviewer declines the submission due to notability issues, on fixing the same and resubmitting, the second reviewer claims of advertising issues and on fixing the article third time, on the basis of the reviewers' respective value systems, the submission gets declined by another reviewer due to issue of reliable sources and we no more see the resubmit button. Due to this we were forced to create several accounts and put our content for review. This kept on repeating for 24 times to be precise. The last time I submitted the article for review with justifying comments, my page got deleted and IP got blocked on the accusation of multiple account creation. I would like to know why until so many submissions, this issue of multiple account creation did not catch any reviewer's eyes.

This approach towards a contributor, form a global platform like Wikipedia is unexpectedly obnoxious. I am regretful to use such a term against the respected and accomplished members of an acclaimed organisation but, truly speaking a single person, on a single ground cannot live up to the expectation of n number of people, who doesn't even know each other. Such inconsistency in reviewing someone's article is not what we expect from Wikipedia.

Anyways, in front of such great reviewers and such great organisation, people like us might stand very small and un-notable (not forgetting that Wikipedia is very strict on Notability issues). But, at the same time we have every right to be judged with utmost impartiality. By saying this, I would like to request you to refer to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jay_Shetty , an article in your main space. The content we provided was similar to this, obviously of a person (also an "internet personality, and motivational speaker") of Indian nationality and not British (assuming that this isn't a cause of notability issue/ reliable source in Wikipedia's book of rules).

I am also attaching the source of the page I created (deleted on the accusation of multiple accounts) below. Looking forward for a fair sense of judgement from Wikipedia's side.

Regards, Somesh Kumar Bhattacharyya. (someshbhattacharyya@tech2computer.co.in)

Decline reason:

I suggest you consider the standard offer; given that you continued to abuse multiple accounts after this account was blocked, it's pretty much your only chance. You can take up your process issues when you return. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 21:52, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

SOURCE

[edit]
  • Comment: YouTube links provide are of Tedx Channel (Verified by YouTube), and Tedx is verified as notable source I guess as Wikipedia has a page for Tedx https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TED_(conference). I hope a 29 year old guy with over 300 million viewers, 3 publication and 2 awards is worthy notable and I also hope that Wikipedia can add to someone's notability. My earnest request to respected Wikipedia reviewers to kindly accept this article (satisfying some conditions under Creative professionals).
    Regards,
    Somesh Kumar Bhattacharyya
Just a point of information. The fact that a source has a Wikipedia article does not in any way indicate that the source is a Wikipedia reliable source. Easiest demonstration is that Wikipedia is not considered a reliable source by Wikipedia. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 21:46, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock discussion

[edit]

As this is a checkuser block only a check user can unblock. As you admit to a team effort to recreate content that was deleted under WP:G11, to sock puppet and to block evade, I really don't think you understand the reasons for your block and cannot avoid the problems that lead to your block. My sense is that you are among a group of undeclared paid editors. If that is the case, please read and heed WP:COI and WP:PAID. I think it unlikely you will be unblocked to write about Onkar Kishan Khullar. Please tell us what constructive edits you might make if you were unblocked. --Deep fried okra User talk:Deepfriedokra 17:10, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Good Lord! As you or your colleagues continued to sock after this account was blocked, the best you can possibly hope for is the WP:standard offer six months from now. --Deep fried okra User talk:Deepfriedokra 17:14, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
