Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Joe Decker was:

I see what you're trying to do here, first, and to be clear, I'm declining it because it's the wrong place for it--this is really about new articles in the encyclopedia itself, not new pages for the people who maintain the encyclopedia.

If there's going to be a watchlist for vandals, and it's going to be something different than ANI or some such, that really is not so much an "article" as a new process at Wikipedia. Usually editors would try and get consensus for such a new process, typically by having a discussion on the Village Pump, perhaps, if there's some sense that the idea has gotten some support, a bigger discussion marked as an WP:RFC.

This is a slower process, for sure. But generally that's how we change "how we do things", things like "how we address vandalism on Wikipedia". I appreciate you wanting to help make our encyclopedia and processes better.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to Draft:Vandal watchlist and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.
