Edit summaries
[edit]When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field, especially for big edits or when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you. -- JHunterJ 00:27, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
Please add some categories to your article
[edit]Please can you add some categories to the page The Stanton Session. I am requesting this as all Wikipedia pages must be categorised depending on the subject matter. I am asking you to add them as you know more about the subject matter than I do. Thanks Dreamweaverjack 15:31, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
The article Multiply Additions has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Appears to fail WP:NALBUM
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. DonaldD23 talk to me 00:07, 18 May 2023 (UTC)
