Request reason:

Yesterday, I was just started created a new user account in my home and I wanted to learn how to create a new page. The next morning, I found that my account is a sock puppet or been abuse and there must be some kind of mistake. You can let me know when you can unblock my user account or how about change my old username into a new username and can you tell me how do it. Thanks you.
