SPI clerk application

Hi Snowycats. Sorry this is late. We've done a less than stellar job of managing SPI clerk applications, and I'm trying to work on that so people know where they are. I removed your application, because we typically like to see consistent activity for a somewhat long period before someone applies for clerking. While we definitely appreciate your efforts to improve Wikipedia, I think you should get a bit more experience before applying to be an SPI clerk.
