The article Bill Flowers has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. ttonyb (talk) 01:20, 30 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

How to add footnotes

[edit]

Footnotes can be added inline to the body of your text using <ref> tags. An example looks like:

JavaScript is used on webpages today.<ref>Smith, John (2005), ''JavaScript 101'', ISBN 938223445333</ref>

And the resultant text would look like: JavaScript is used on webpages today.1

With the superscript 1 being a link to a footnote at the bottom of the page automatically created by inserting the code: {{reflist}}

An easy to follow standard guide is at WP:Referencing for beginners with citation templates and a primer for general editing is at WP:How to edit a page (concise). Thanks, (talk) 07:53, 30 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
