It's nearly impossible for admins to be able to control bots. ClueBot follows a 1-revert rule, and adds any further vandalism by the same user on the same article to this page. But I do see your concern about any bot that does not follow the 1-revert rule.

Also, as a little extra, bots don't block unless there are bad-faith page moves (WARNING: explicit content in title vandalism). Even then, another bot is the one that automatically blocks the user for such an obscene page move, also leaving a message to the admin with the question of whether or not they should unblock the user. mechamind90 07:20, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
