[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Casey Mongillo, you may be blocked from editing. You know recreating a page that has been deleted via AFD that is virtually the same copy of the original is just gonna get it speedy deleted, right? Sk8erPrince (talk) 05:19, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
Deletion
[edit]Hi there. I understand a lot of people are frustrated about the deletion of the Casey Mongillo article. (I had mixed feelings about the deletion myself, as you can probably tell: I changed my vote multiple times during the discussion.) But Wikipedia operates by WP:consensus. You can't just re-create an article after it was decided that there was a consensus for deletion.
If you believe the person who closed the discussion interpreted the consensus incorrectly, you can go to Wikipedia:Deletion review and carefully follow the instructions there. (You may have a shot, there were a fair amount of "keep" votes.)
But otherwise, I'd just wait a bit. No doubt Casey Mongillo will get more leading roles and more coverage, at which point it will be harder to argue that Mongillo isn't WP:Notable.
Let me know if you have any questions. Hope you stick around Wikipedia. WanderingWanda (talk) 05:29, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
