Hi Slapshot, I corrected the Borger Texas redirect page you made and thought you might like to see how I did it; the guide is at WP:REDIRECT. Thanks! Marasmusine 12:24, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
Heads up - Wonderland Park (Texas)
[edit]Hi Slapshot46, an article that features your extensive work has been tagged for having a section that might be violating copyright regulations (namely, the History section). It seems that an IP basically "filled the gaps" in the prose by lifting the information from the park's official site (the earlier edits looked a big too close for comfort, for that matter - that's why I'm notifying you about this as well as the IP in question). You might want to look at the current edition of the article and see what can be done to salvage the article before it gets deleted. Thank you. B.Wind (talk) 03:08, 5 September 2009 (UTC)
NowCommons: File:Having funat wonderland.JPG
[edit]File:Having funat wonderland.JPG is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:Having fun at wonderland.JPG. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[File:Having fun at wonderland.JPG]]. Note that this is an automated message to inform you about the move. This bot did not copy the image itself. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 03:11, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Slapshot46! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot notifying you on behalf of the the unreferenced biographies team that 1 of the articles that you created is currently tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 258 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

The article Pleasure Island (Borger, Texas amusement park) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Non-notable, no sourcing found. Zero hits on GBooks, GNews.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
