Visual arts list

[edit]

Hi, thanks for updating - I've redirected some more. NB, generally "visual art(s)" will be used asc a disambiguator rather than "art(s)". This was the case with Minimalism (visual arts), which we had - but not Minimalism (art). Johnbod (talk) 16:06, 5 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

sorry to see you inactive

[edit]

Hi. I hope you are well.
We dont know each-other, and we never interacted prior to that either. Around an year ago, I came across User:Skysmith/Missing topics about Crime. At that time, I was not much experienced editor, and I was mistaken that you had retired. I kept on referencing your list though. Just a few minutes ago, I realised that you are not exactly retired; but active in waves. I skimmed though your edit history, and I am so much impressed that I am out of words. I want to formally thank you for all the contributions to the wikipedia. I hope you become at least semi active again someday. Best wishes for your life. Thanks again, —usernamekiran(talk) 18:35, 11 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Greetings and thank you. I have been more inactive in the recent years for number of reasons (other things to attend to) thought I do try to update the missing Topics pages when I can find time (and good sources). I also sometimes hunt for vandals. I try to update all the pages at the same time and there will be a new version of the Crime page in, maybe, a month. And if you can write articles about those missing topics (there will be some more) or find redirects, well, that's what the pages are for. ArbCom 2018 election voter message

[edit]

Hello, Skysmith. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
