I have been in touch with the AP reporter Anthony McCartney and you will see that news organizations are starting to make the correction. As for the CBC changing Estella's age to 31 - it originally ran the AP report with her age as 40 - that was my fault... which tells you why I'm a music producer and not in news. I got the year mixed up, but called her mother and she set me straight. I understand your reluctance to take me as a serious source - if you do an online search you'll certainly discover that I'm a CBC producer, which may or may not give me credibility, but really, the public record of her birth date has been Dec. 23, 1978 since the beginning of her career. That's because that's what it actually is. CBC Television did a short "Life and times" documentary about her a number of years ago Life and Times Does this help? The truth will come out in the end.
