Hi there. I've replied to your question at the Teahouse. You'll find it here. As I said there, please do not recreate Sk Wasim Ali as a blank page. These are immediately deleted and continually recreating it will simply prolong the time it takes for the page to disappear from the Google result. Note also that __NOINDEX__ is disabled in article space and has no effect there. It will not keep the page out of search engines.
