I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Calum Scott— because it did not appear constructive. Information icon Hello, I'm Amortias. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Tom Ballard, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Amortias (T)(C) 23:38, 15 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Block

[edit]

You've been blocked indefinitely due to disruption. If you wish to be unblocked, please state the reason below. El_C 00:46, 16 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

On second look, I've decided to reduce the length, from indefinite to a 12-hour block. Please do not use obscenities (that triggers the edit filter). Also, please make sure you read our policy on living people closely. Thanks. El_C 00:58, 16 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not entirely sure why I was blocked? Could you give me a reason why this happened? Thanks!Skeldare (talk) 02:03, 16 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

See: Skeldare (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) You were listed on WP:AIV. Look at the edit filter log. You triggered the multiple obscenities edit filter in quick succession. I am unable to tell what these obscenities were, however. Thanks. El_C 03:57, 16 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi Skeldare! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. – DarkGlow (contribstalk) 17:49, 21 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm DarkGlow. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Brennan Clost, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! – DarkGlow (contribstalk) 17:46, 21 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
