Under causes, sections involving prosocial and antisocial behavior should either be broken out into sections or should develop a parallel structure. Current order is difficult to read.

Work Place should not be a part of the Real-World examples, it should get its own section (since it is not a specific historical example like the other, but an example of an application/theory)
