[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Fabulous (UK prank rock group) has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://fabulous4fabulouspeople.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 19:05, 1 August 2010 (UTC)
Fabulous
[edit]Hi there, I've edited the page a bit but we need more references in the "Publicity" section. Especially for claims that they were banned from shows etc.; you can see the missing citations by the little tags in the text. De728631 (talk) 14:17, 2 August 2010 (UTC)
Fabulous (2)
[edit]Hey there. I see article is coming along nicely. The major issue with the article is that it needs a lot more references. Ideally, for an excellent article, every fact should have an inline citation following it—which is something that I reccomend you try to achieve with the article. The other thing is that there is the History section, and the LIve section (is that meant to be Live, rather than LIve?). Towards the end of the LIve section, the article appears to start talking about general history of the band, not anything to do with their live shows. If you wish, I will be very happy to collaborate with you on the article (I must warn you though, I know almost nothing about Fabulous, or any of their music.) On another note, do you still want the article to be renamed Fabulous (band)? If so, I will happily oblige, just let me know. Regards, WackyWace converse | contribs 09:43, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
- Ok, I've moved the page to the name you requested. I'll take another look later and see if there's anything that needs doing. Again, if you need any tips or assistance with the article, drop me a line on my talk page. Regards, WackyWace converse | contribs 10:18, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
- I've gone through the article and formatted the references so they don't show blank urls any longer. I also removed two or so dodgy sources but it looks quite good now. De728631 (talk) 16:52, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
- Hmm, so far we've only got the footballer Paul Cannell. And I removed the pics because they are definitely copyrighted (at least the album covers) and do not have a fair sue rationale nor any info on their source. For legal reasons we can't use such images. De728631 (talk) 20:12, 5 August 2010 (UTC)

Your advertorial
[edit]Don't remove maintenance tags from the advertorial you are so lovingly crafting without fixing the problems. Whih you can't since one of them is the fact that you have an obvious conflict of interest. Guy (Help!) 00:01, 28 January 2011 (UTC)
