Hwoesik

Hi Sindonghyun, many thanks for your new article. Your help is much appreciated. As part of new page patrol I have done a preliminary check on some aspects of this article. It seems that most public sources transliterate this to "Hoesik" as opposed to "Hwoesik". Therefore I have renamed the article as per WP:COMMONNAME. Also, I see strong overlaps with the existing article about Drinking culture of Korea. It may make more sense to merge the two articles rather than have to very similar ones.
