Speedy deletion

[edit]

Please note that the criteria for speedy deletion are very specific - you can find them at WP:CSD. You can't just say that it is unencyclopedic. If the reason you think the article should be deleted is not listed at CSD, you may try another deletion procedure, such as WP:PROD or WP:AFD. Also, any time your are adding a deletion template, please be very careful to indicate that in the edit summary. This is a requirement of the deletion process. Welcome to Wikipedia and happy editing. -Chunky Rice (talk) 18:11, 2 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Consistency

[edit]

Your claiming the CTERA Networks article is not an {{advert}} while tagging the Amazon Virtual Private Cloud article for same is inconsistent and makes me wonder whether you are not conflicted. Please try to be more consistent. -- samj inout 14:15, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have just realised that you also tagged Rackspace Cloud, apparently for no other reason that I created it — hence:
Ah, so articles that you write are fine? Hypocrisy reigns. Do not threaten me. I see you are engaged in edit wars on a large number of articles, and clearly have a conflict of interest.
silmiyyah - sam just put this one my talk page:

3RR Warning

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on CTERA Networks. Users are expected to collaborate with others and avoid editing disruptively.

In particular, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. -- samj inout 14:34, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

my response: really sam? one revert 5 days ago = 3RR edit war? omg. maybe even omG. but thanks for the info above - i will keep it in mind. Soosim (talk) 17:29, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
