Block evasion, spam, and re-creating of articles contrary to consensus.
[edit]I wonder if you can manage to grasp the following points.
- If an editor is blocked, and attempts to evade the block by using one or more other accounts, then those accounts are blocked too.
- If an editor is blocked, and, evading the block by using one or more other accounts, creates new pages, then those new pages can be speedily deleted, without any discussion or waiting.
- Wikipedia is not a medium for promoting anything. As long as it is clear that your purpose here is to promote your institution, you are not welcome here, and will remain blocked.
- Repeatedly re-creating a page which you know full well has been the subject of a deletion discussion, resulting in a consensus that it should be deleted, is disruptive, and unacceptable.
If you like, you may read Wikipedia's policies on abusing multiple accounts, using Wikipedia for promotion, blocking of disruptive editors.
