You have been blockedindefinitely from editing, for using Wikipedia only for promotion or advertising, and for repeatedly creating an article which is unacceptable for a number of reasons (using more than one account), taking no heed of messages about the problem. Your statement that the latest version of your spam article was not "identical" to any other version of the article may be strictly true, but it was so closely similar to some earlier versions that it could not possibly have been regarded as an independent creation, and it did nothing whatever to address the reasons for deletion of those earlier versions. Wikipedia does not exist to act as a platform for employees of organisations to tell the world how wonderful their organisation is: that is what your institution's own web site is for.
