Your edit in the above page where you mention -The prominent Buddhists clans also adopted this title after converting to Islam.

This is truly interesting, would you please site some Pakistani or Indian Muslim Surnames that are still in prevalence among a people from a prominent Buddhist lineage. Intothefire 10:02, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

Thankyou for your message. However I did not find the section where the Indians accused us.Can you please tell me the title of the dispute on the WP:ANI?.In the meantime,I want you to talk to user:taxman. He is an administrator. Please read the conversations I have had with him on his talk page.He is taking sides with the Indians and wants the article to remain the way he wants it.The Indians are working together. We in return must also help one another if we are to succeed if we are to keep this a neutral encyclopdiea. So please talk to him and tell him to stop taking sides. Please remind him of wikipedia's neutral policies.Best regards.Nadirali 04:16, 5 January 2007 (UTC)

Sure, I would love to. I have already added both to my watch list. Though my knowledge on Pakistan is limited, I will still try my best to watch out for any POVs. Thank you for inviting me to Watch these articles. Parsiwan 04:27, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

Memon

Why are you reverting edits to Memon page ? Please provide a valid argument. Siddiqui 12:59, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

There is no "argument" to be had here my friend, you accidentally misplaced a Image:Example.jpg [1] in the article, and rollback latently removed it. Your edits were immediately restored in full despite this, so I'm not sure why you're messaging me. In the future, please try to take a less confrontational tone with your fellow contributors. Article problems

Hello Siddiqui sahib, we haven't really engaged in many civil conversations on Wikipedia but I think while the article is protected we should make an effort to go through the two articles we have had disagreements on (History of Pakistan and Pakistani nationalism) line by line so that we don't simply reengage once the page was unprotected, that's what protection is for, it's not a temporary ceasefire, its a resumption of peace talks. You may invite your fellow Pakistanis to the conversations. I see you believe the protected version on History of Pakistan is the wrong version, as I believe the same on Pakistani nationalism, I was going to do something about it but now I think we can hold on until talks finish. Aga Khani

Dear Farhan:

I know that you have been very good at Wikipedia, can you join in the Discussion on the following questions:

1. Whether there is something called Aga Khani

The topics are under Aga Khani and the other as Islamic Cults. One user states that there is nothing called Aga Khani and that rather they are Ismaili and than goes on to state that there should not be a single page for having all Islamic sects in summary on one page

Thanks for your help, I will be looking forward to your comments. see Aga Khani and Islamic cults 75.15.204.215 15:49, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

Zulfiqar Bhutto

The article Zulfiqar Bhutto has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Being related to a notable person doesn't of itself make one notable. NawlinWiki 12:58, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Daily Mail (Pakistan), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Memoni language

Proposed changes to the introduction

Memons speak a non-written dialect is called Memoni, a mixture of Sindhi and Kutchi which belong to an Indo-Iranian (North-Western Zone) family of languages. As the Sindhi or Kutchi languages are spoken by both the Muslims and Non-Muslims but Memoni dialect is exclusively to Memons more specifically the Kathiawadi Memons who are Sunni Muslims and who migrated to neighbouring regions Kutch, and Kathiawar, districts of Gujarat state in India, around 15th Century AD. The Memoni in sound such as stress and intonation and basic everyday speach is very much like that of Sindhi, but it borrowes extensively words from Gujarati, Hindustani and English languages. Like most languages of sub-continent the sentence structure and pattern of Memoni generally follows subject -> object -> verb order. Refer to Memoni --Siddique Katiya 11:08, 28 April 2007 (UTC)

Notability of Mengal

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Mengal, by Roger Davies (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Mengal seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Mengal, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page.
