Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, Shyanne1974. Hi, I'm terribly sorry! A documentary festival used the Wikipedia page to write its poster about a film made by XQ. It was out of date, and our PR agency said they're not allowed to make changes. That's why I thought I could do it. But I completely understand your policy. What do you suggest? Should I just make the same changes in suggestion mode on the talk pages?
