OSAA Speech

Please take the time to read relevant policies such as WP:NOTE and WP:RS before removing any tags. That is read the tags and the links provided in them before removing them. This organization has zero reliable sources (the Wikipedia definition not your own) in the article, try some from The Oregonian, or even speech magazines, USA Today, etc. Until then the tags about notability needs to remain. As to clean up, again read the notice and read the manual of style and then address the issues. If this items are not addressed the article can simply be deleted.
