origin is not important for Brahmins. Studying and teaching Vedas is the main responsibility.

[edit]

Please don't give too much importance to origin. It is not derogatory even if not Indian. India was a country of migrants. You are Kashmiri Brahmin but no one knows the origin. For Brahmins, it is important to study and teach Vedas. Kashmiri and CHitpawans were Vedic scholars. LukeEmily (talk) 05:59, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry it seems you are taking it personally. In research you should accept the facts in general perception. Shivansh Kaul91 (talk) 08:23, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Chitpawans are purest Brahmins. The sources do not say that anyone refuses to eat with them. Hence such statements are WP:OR and WP:SYNTHLukeEmily (talk) 08:32, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It is there in the source mr LukeEmily Shivansh Kaul91 (talk) 08:35, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Even many sources are telling that they are not even indians instead from other origin .I personally didn't added some citations as they were too harsh which claimed them as offsprings of Portuguese of something like that . Shivansh Kaul91 (talk) 08:37, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't make such bad comments about Chitpawans with false sources. It is not possible to prove such things. But the origin is not important. Important part is that they did their job as Brahmins are supposed to do and taught and studied Vedas.LukeEmily (talk) 13:10, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Global Journal for Research Analysis should not be used as a source
